Dashboard Redesign 2022
🎉 New Feature Announcement
A brand new Dashboard!
The dashboard will be redesigned to help your customers get an overview of where their shipments are in their journey, what's getting delivered soon, and what activity has happened on their account recently. It is focused to help your customers plan and take action without needing to leave the dashboard.
This exciting redesign is a result of extensive interviews with shippers, where we asked what they wanted to see and how. The value to you is delivering the information they’ve directly asked for, which increases their loyalty to you, can help them gain more trust and dependency on you as their service provider. The more they trust you, the more they’ll ship with you, directly impacting ROI and your bottom line.
Below we will explain in detail each of these elements and what they mean.
Active Shipments Card
See how many active shipments you have and what stage of their journey they're on.
Each of the statuses below the rainbow bar will take the user to the Shipment Explorer with that specific filter applied. For example, if you click on the status At Origin Port: 409, the user will be able to see those 409 shipments on the Shipment Overview page.
Identify shipments that may need further attention with the customs callout, which will tell you how many shipments have not cleared customs within 7 days of commencing.
To learn where we get the information for each status, please reference the Logixboard Mapping Guide.
