FUL Air: Universal - Authorization Charge for Multiple Tickets

Hacker fare (PNRs starting with H-)

If exchanging both PNRs, take separate approvals for each one. Do not take authorization for the combined add coll; otherwise, you won't be able to send the MOD email for the 2nd PNR.

Example: PNR ABCDEF has an add coll of USD 70.00 while PNR MLNOPQ has an add coll of USD 150.00. There should be 2 auth charges; the first is USD 70.00 for PNR ABCDEF and USD 150.00 for PNR MLNOPQ.

If you mistakenly took authorization for the combined add coll, ensure to modify your HOP remarks on both PNRs. Put the combined add coll amount on the first PNR and zero on the other one.

Example: If you took one auth charge for both PNR ABCDEF and MLNOPQ, your HOP remarks should look like this.PNR ABCDEF: 5H-HOP-RE0.00-220.00 PNR MLNOPQ: 5H-HOP-RE0.00-0.00

Multi-ticket PNR (2 tickets under 1 PNR)

If both tickets are with the same airline, take authorization for the combined total cost of the exchange.

Example: Ticket #1 is Delta with an add coll of USD 50.00. Ticket #2 is also Delta with an additional cost of USD 70.00. Take only one auth charge of USD 120.00.

If there are 2 different airlines under one PNR, take a separate authorization for each ticket.

Example: Ticket #1 is Delta with an add coll of USD 100.00. Ticket #2 is United with an additional cost of USD 50.00. There should be 2 auth charges, the first is USD 100.00 for the Delta ticket and USD 50.00 for the United ticket.
