Submitted Google Doc is Missing Content
Our platform generates Google Docs for students to write their essay in. Sometimes students submit blank documents for review, that contain only the essay Prompt and no essay! In this case:
If they're working on a Chromebook or have Google Drive installed on their computer, the students work may still be saved on their computer (whatever device they wrote the essay on). They should try opening it there and exporting it as a Word file to upload for feedback.
The student may have made a copy of the Google Doc and written their essay in that instead of directly in the doc we created. When a copy of the Google Doc is made, the link to submit at the top of the copied Google Doc will not work as expected (because it submits the "original" Google Doc that the copy was made from, resulting in a blank upload)
