The graphs feature automatically complies all of your data and analytics into an easy-to-digest visual. Whereas other reporting features are focused on a single campaign, this data shows a user's performance at the account level.

How Does It Work?

From your dashboard, click on Graphs

Account summary

The account summary section highlights connection and response rates. Use the input cells at the top to customize the day(s) and account(s) being viewed.

campaign summary

The campaign summary highlights all contact engagement such as requests sent, requests accepted, responses received, etc. This feature also allows a user to filter by a specific date range and/or campaign(s).

calendar summary

The calendar summary section allows you to analyze activity for calendars sent, calendars viewed, and calendars booked. Use the input cells at the top to customize the day(s) and account(s) being viewed.

export

The arrow showcased below indicates that the data can be transferred into a CSV file. Additionally, a user will notice this icon in various locations throughout the software.
