EIA Correction Electricity

1) Open a new Excel spreadsheet and click on 'Data→ Get External Data→ From Text'

2) Select the downloaded spreadsheet and click on 'Import' (if it is not showing up, select 'All Files' above 'Import' and 'Cancel')

3) Make sure 'Delimited' is selected and click on 'Next'

4) Unselect the default option and select 'Comma', make sure it is the only selected option. Click on 'Next'

5) Make sure 'General' is selected and click on 'Finish'

6) On the 'Import Data' pop-up, click 'OK'

7) Select cell 'D5' and drag (black cross on the bottom right corner of the cell) until it reaches the last data

8) Select all data starting from cell 'C5' (the whole table, to the bottom and to the right) and copy it

9) On the collection spreadsheet, paste the data on cell 'A9'
