This applies to Standard BTO condo rooms.

For bigger rooms can buy multiple fans; in the case of a landed house, even for bigger 5 rooms HDB Living Room, you can buy 1 above the sofa and 1 above the dining table.

The smart app, natural wind mode, sleep mode, and fully adjustable LED settings are available to smart fans only.

Natural Wind Mode - It will tell the ceiling fan to oscillate between Speed 6 and Speed 1, so the wind gets strong and soft and strong and so on, and it feels like a natural breeze

Non-smart can fully adjust brightness, but color wise only got 3 colors (tri-color)

Installers:

Our own full-time in-house installers, not some 3rd party installer who does ceiling fans part-time.

Our installers are fully trained to install safety cords, a requirement by Singapore Safety Mark, unlike 3rd party installers who skip safety cord installation to save time.

Key notes for installation:

Please note that if the customer's ceiling is a false ceiling/any additional work is needed at their place, they must top-up the S$ 110/S$ 130. The S$50 we charge at the last part of the transaction is a fixed installation charge.

E.G: Customer purchased our ceiling fan, they will be charged S$50 regardless of whatever circumstances, and they have a false ceiling at their place; we need to charge another S$110.

Total Charges: S$50(Fixed Installation Charge) + S$110 (Due to False Ceiling) = S$160

**WRONG CALCULATION: Its not S$110 - S$50 = S$60

We also charge according to the installation type, so it could be S$130 due to the type of work needed.
