Configure Okta Verify on iOS or Android device

1 - Open your favorite browser and open the https://voxy.okta.com/ for production or https://voxy.oktapreview.com for stage.

2 - Fill up your email on the Username field and then click in next button:

3 - Provide your credentials on password field and then click on verify button:

Please note you must use the same password used to login app.voxy.com for production or web-stage.voxy.com for stage.

4 - Choose a "Choose a forgot password question" and then provide the answer, and then click on "Create my Account" button:

5 - You should be redirected to the UserHome page:

6 - Go to the top right corner and click on your name in the navigation bar, after that click on Settings:

7 - On the Settings page, look for the Extra Verification section below:

8 - You may be requested to provide the password confirmation for editing your profile. Provide your password and then click on Verify button:

9 - On the settings page, navigate to the Extra Verification section, and then click on Okta Verify Setup button:

10 - On the MFA enroll page, click on Setup Button:

11 - Choose your device type, the options are iOS or Android, and then click in next button:

12 - Read the QR Code from your mobile device to Launch Okta Verify application, and select Add an account:

13 - After that your okta verify account should be properly set on your device:

14 - Finally, please make sure you add the MFA code and then click on verify button:

You should see a message saying you did setup the Okta verify app successfully.
