TRAFFIC INSTRUCTIONS (LEGACY OPERATIVE):
DAM needs to select Neustar in the 'Research Tracking' drop-down field located within Order Properties. (Lower Right of Screenshot)
TRAFFIC INSTRUCTIONS (AD+):
DAM/DSE needs to select Neustar in AD+ as the measurement provider - this sends a flag to the team that sends the data to Neustar to include that particular campaign.
NOTE: There still is dev work that is in progress to enable that auto inclusion, UFN the trafficker should alert Darin Hooper to include a campaign in the data set that gets sent to Neustar. (Include AD+OP Order #)

Implementation Guide: Found here. With Neustar we use the pixel templates provided to us from Neustar, not tags provided by the agency/client.
Pixel Modification: AdOps Campaign Manager needs to manually swap in:
- Operative Order #
- Operative Line Item #
- Insert 9876 in place of {siteid}.
- Creative ID #: Needs to be integer only. If not provided by client then insert one. (Be sure to map these here)
- Brand ID #: Needs to be integer only. If not provided by client then insert one. (Be sure to map these here)
- Other macros remain as is for TAP (See worksheet below)

TARGETING MODIFICATIONS (TAP):
Podcast: No additional creative targeting required.
Streaming: There are two pixels for streaming; one for Mobile In-App and one for Desktop/Mobile-Web. You will need to select Mobile App from the User Agent Platform options in the TCM Creative Group targeting. (Screenshot below)
Smart Speakers (Streaming): If adding Smart Speakers to a streaming flight use the 'Podcast' pixel from the Neustar guide and select Smart Speaker from the User Agent Platform options in the TCM Creative Group targeting.

- Operative Order #
- Operative Line Item #
- Insert 9876 in place of {siteid}.

Operative IDs can be found in the Order and OLIs in Community. These ID#s are highlighted in the Template Worksheet (below), other macros are adjusted for Xandr format by Unified CMs.
