Using The Extension
The extension offers a smooth integration between LinkedIn and Sales Connector. Features like sending messages, incorporating contacts into campaigns, and toggling between accounts are all effortlessly available through the extension.

How Does It Work?
Before using the extension, be sure it has been downloaded. For more information, visit Downloading the Extension.
From LinkedIn, click on the Extension in the upper righthand corner that is displayed as a UFO icon.
Your inbox will be displayed. If prompted to login, be sure to sign in with your Sales Connector credentials.
Navigating Your Inbox
Many users prefer using the extension to reply to messages because it enables simultaneous viewing of the contact's LinkedIn profile and the ongoing conversation. Once logged into the extension, just click on the contact's name.
Sending connection requests
Sometimes, while browsing LinkedIn, a user might find a contact they wish to include in a campaign. The extension streamlines this task, making it incredibly easy!
- From the prospect's LinkedIn profile, click on the extension icon
- Click on Add to Connector Campaign
- From the drop down, select the appropriate campaign
- Click on Add to Connector
Feature Attributes
For users with access to multiple Sales Connector accounts, the extension permits switching between them. If you're already connected with a contact, you can initiate a conversation. If not, you can send a connection request. Overall, this feature provides enhanced insights even across linked accounts.
