Template: Quarterly Sales Comp Plan Additions

The following additions were made to Q1FY## comp plans after the plans were built & collected. They are in effect for the duration of the quarter.

ADRs
For Meetings Held, multiple personas within the same account can be counted towards your quota relief. These personas are Sales, Success, Support, and Marketing.

ADRs will be paid #% of TCV for Closed Won Opps resulting from an outbound meeting. Same rule applies as AEs: ADRs will be paid when Guru is paid (with the exception of monthly deals under $#### TCV: the #% from these deals will be paid up front).

AEs
For Multi-year Deals (i.e. customers who commit to 24+ months), you will receive an additional #% commission on the entire deal value. Multi-year deals will retire 12 months of quota only.
