Employee Navigator and AllianceHCM integration

Objectives:

AllianceHCM and Employee Navigator partnered to develop an integration that includes syncing certain demographic and deduction data.

Get an overview of the integrated fields, as well as actions you need to take in AllPay to set up the integration. This guide should be used in conjunction with the Employee Navigator Payroll Integration User Guide and the Employee Navigator Post-Integration Guide for HR & Brokers.

Deduction Data

Employee Navigator becomes system of record for employee recurring deductions once this integration is set up. This includes employee per-pay costs, effective dates, and end dates.

You will have to key your existing deduction codes into Employee Navigator for the initial setup of the integration. To access a list of your deduction codes in AllPay, open the Reports menu and select Report Writer. Find the EN Deductions/EN Import Deductions report and click the icon to run the report.


How to generate demographic and deduction audit reports

In AllPay, open the Reports menu and select Report Writer. Find the EN Import Demographics report and click the icon to run the report.

In AllPay, open the Reports menu and select Report Writer. Find the EN Import Deductions report and click the icon to run the report.

Find the reports in AllPay's Reports module on the Report Writer page. Your company will have these reports set up for you when the integration is configured.

Find audit trail reports

To view any recent changes on a record, navigate to the AllPay page where the change was made and click the Change Audit icon. A new window will let you see the name of the field that was changed, the old value, new value, change date, and who changed it.

For example, you could navigate to an employee's Personal page in AllPay and click on the Change Audit icon to see the change audit for that page.

AllianceHCM tip: Use the dropdown at the top of the Change Audit window to specify the timeframe you want to view.

Click the Change Audit icon to see a log of changes to a record.
