π What is Guru?
Guru serves as the main repository for information that the Evolve Team uses. By using Guru, you can get instant access to SOPs, Company Information, Playbooks, Guides, and more.

π Guru Works with Evolve's Most Loved Apps
To save you time and context switching, Guru has the Guru Browser Extension (click to install) that we highly recommend you install. It allows you to quickly access Guru from all the apps you use every day.
You'll also notice that we have Guru integrated with Slack, so you should not have to go far to get the answers you need.
π‘ Tip
The browser extension is the most effective way to use Guru. It is highly encouraged you use this as your main Guru search tool, that way you never have to leave the workflow you are already in.
π Who Manages/Creates the Content in Guru?
The content that you see in Guru has been curated and verified by designated "Experts" of each Card, topic or folder.
Here's the team who is responsible for verifying the content inside Guru.
Team | Team Guide | What They Verify |
OGS Experts | Responsible for cards that are customer-related, such as owner and guest cases and troubleshooting. | |
OG Experts | Responsible for cards that relate to properties: New Properties, Onboarding, Sales, Real Estate, etc. | |
PD - Photography Experts | Responsible for any cards related to photography partners and photoshoots. | |
PD - Service Experts | Responsible for any cards related to service partners. | |
LCT Experts | Responsible for any cards related to Evolve listing content. |
π What if I See Something in a Card that Does Not Look Correct?
If you see anything in a Guru card that is inaccurate, needs updates, or you simply have a question: Leave a comment or provide feedback and the team will get back to you ASAP.
π€ What if I Want to Suggest a New Card?
Talk with your manager: they will work to add new information to Guru.
