Teams call settings
To make adjustments to call settings in Teams you need to access -> Call Settings menu
Start by accessing the Teams settings menu, to do so select the ellipsis next to your profile picture in the top right corner of the app.
Then from the dropdown menu select -> Settings
In the Settings menu select -> Calls
From the Calls menu you will have several options-
To setup Simul Ring (simultaneous ring) to cell phone
Check the -> Calls ring me box
In the dropdown for Also ring select -> New number or contact (if your cell does not show up in the dropdown)
A new option will appear to enter a contact or number in, for your cell -> enter your number in 10 digit (xxx-xxx-xxxx) format ( you do not need to enter the hyphens)
Once your number is entered it should populate in a box below, go ahead and click on the pop-up.
After entering and selecting your number your screen should look like this-
From here you can select where unanswered calls go. You can forward them somewhere else or send to voicemail, group etc. You also can select the duration to ring prior to the redirect.
At this point you have Simul Ring setup in Teams, go ahead and test. Be aware it may ring the app first and a delay in ringing the cell may take from 2-4 seconds.
