Refresh Token Access
This card walks through the process of refreshing your publisher token in the data management application of the unified platform
Tokens can become invalid over time for various reasons such as being logged out, a password reset, or a publisher privacy update. This differs by publisher depending on the API. Follow the instructions below to refresh your publisher token in the event it becomes inactive.
To access the Data Management tool in the Unified Platform, click on your name in the top right corner and select the "Data Management" drop-down:
If any publisher connections become invalid, it will be highlighted in red in the Connections tab. To refresh an invalid connection, click on the green circular icon next to the invalid token:
You will be directed externally to reauthorize the application. Ensure you are logged into the proper login before clicking "Reauthorize app" after which you will be redirected back to the Unified Platform. Again you will have the opportunity to manage the ad accounts you would like to enable.
