PGN Instructions

Procedure

Step 1) Click on https://ir.pgn.co.id/events-and-presentations#QuarterlyBusinessPresentation

Step 2) Scroll down to 'Quarterly Business Presentations' and look for the most recent PDF document

Step 3) On the collection spreadsheet, input the all the months corresponding to that quarter in the PDF name (Quarter 3M: Months 1,2,3 ; Quarter 6M: Months 4,5,6, Quarter 9M: Months 7,8,9; Quarter 12M: Months 10,11,12) on the 'Month' column and the respective year on the 'Year' column

Obs: In that example, the PDF name "PGN Business Presentation 3M-2020" , it is 3M (first three months of the year -> Months 1,2 and 3).

Step 4) Open the most recent PDF document

Step 5) Look for the "PGN’s ASP vs Other Energiy" table in the document.

Step 6) Input the "PGN's avg" value (value that corresponds to the quarter and the year of the PDF document) on the 'USD/MMBTU' column on the spreadsheet
