View Acknowledged Appointment Letters in MyDay

Once you have acknowledged an appointment letter, the appointment letter leaves your inbox since the task of acknowledging is complete. However, you can still view, download, and print the letters in MyDay.


View Acknowledged Appointment Letters

  1. Log into MyDay. See Logging into MyDay if you need assistance.
  2. Click your Profile picture in the top right corner.

  3. Select View Profile.

  4. Click Personal in the menu to the left.

  5. Click the Documents tab at the top.

  6. Your accepted appointment letters will display in a table. Click on the Documents column of the table and click "Sort Descending". That way your most recent appointment letters will show at the top. To view the letter, click the blue hyperlink in the Document column.

  7. Your appointment letter document will show as a ‘preview’ before downloading as a PDF document.

  8. In the upper right hand corner, you will see several icons:
    1. Use the magnifying glass icon to either zoom in or zoom out of your appointment letter.
    2. Use the arrow icon to download your appointment into a PDF, saving it to your computer.
    3. Use the printer icon to print your appointment letter.
    4. The arrow icon to the right of your appointment letter will allow you to toggle between the multiple pages of your document.

NOTE: There is a threshold that after a certain period of time (about 2 years) where previous appointment letters are no longer viewable in MyDay and are greyed out. If you would like to view an acknowledged appointment letter that is greyed out, please contact Human Resources at HROperations@newschool.edu to advise you further.
