Installing a Dymo Printer for Printable Postage


Dymo Drivers can be located here: https://www.dymo.com/en-US/dymo-user-guides

  1. Scroll down to bottom of page to Drivers & Software Downloads

  2. Select: Not Sure Which Software to Choose and click the Compatibility chart

  3. Download and install the driver for your printer model and computer. (Note: 64 bit is more common)

  1. Once installed, close and re-open PostalMate

  2. Choose Tools > PostalMate Settings

  3. Select Carrier Setup on the left pane

  4. Choose the USPS tab

  5. Below Endicia Printable Postage, make sure that Endicia Label Server is selected.

  6. Click the button for Printable Postage settings

  7. On the Postage Settings tab, select the Dymo label printer (If you have a Dymo Twin Turbo installed, you will need to select the Tray: left or right side)

  8. Click Test printer

  9. Click OK to save your settings and close PostalMate Settings.

**Note: The DYMO printer does not have many settings, but you may want to go into Printers & scanners > select DYMO > Manage > Printer Properties > Advanced > and select the option to Keep printed documents. This way, if your stamps do not print and you need to contact Endicia for a refund, you will be able to give them any necessary information they may need re: time, quantity, etc.
