🎉New Feature Announcement

We have added Invoice PDFs to the shipment details page and Accounting tab the invoices are now downloadable!

How will this improve things?

  1. It will now be easier for your customers to pay you. Instead of calling you to get invoice details and payment information from your team, they can log in at anytime and get everything they need in Logixboard.

  2. Your team’s workload will be reduced.

  3. Your customer will be able to find nearly everything they need to know about a shipment in one place, the shipment details page.

The invoice eDoc file.

⬇️ How to Download

There are 2 places that you can go to download the invoice:

Shipment Details Page

  1. Go to the shipment the invoice is associated with.

  2. Go to Invoices

  3. Click on the invoice you’d like to download.

  4. Click Download Invoice Docs

  1. Note that you’ll also be able to download all documents! Click on the Download All Documents button in the upper right corner of the Invoices table.

Accounting Tab

  1. Go to the Accounting tab

  2. Click on the invoice you’d like to download

  3. Click Download Invoice PDF

Will this be for all invoices in CargoWise or just published invoices?

All invoices that are in CargoWise.
