How to export all essays for one or more students
You must be an admin counselor in your organization to bulk export student essays.
On the Export tab of your Organization page, click the "Click here to start export" link
Select who you want to export essays for. You can choose all students (the default), a class year of students, or an individual student. Click Download.
Your export will take a few minutes to compile and will automatically download once complete. Please don't leave the page until the export is complete, but you can use Prompt in another window/tab while your export is generated.
If you want to export essays for more than 25 students, please contact us at support@prompt.com and we can perform the export and share the result with you.
