Follow these tips to keep the momentum going
- Join the knowledge council (learn more below!)
- Continue the Knowledge Slash & Burn exercise for all recommended card manager filters for your Collection
- Use Guru's 🆕 Assist beta to improve existing content with generative AI
- Answer questions in Slack channels with Guru Cards using the Guru Slackbot whenever possible -- if one doesn't exist, create it. Watch the repeat questions and geneal noise reduce
- Monitor content engagement in Analytics to better understand how your knowledge is impacting the org
- Send announcements for critical updates and track read rates

What is a knowledge council?
A knowledge council is a group of representatives from each of your teams that is using Guru. This group will meet regularly to maintain Guru at the highest level and ensure it is serving the needs of each department.
Reasons to form a knowledge council

- Prevent valuable knowledge from falling through the cracks.
- A strategic approach to optimizing content for discoverability and readability.
- Take cohesive and consistent action on valuable knowledge analytics.
