Benefits Advisory Committee (BAC)
What We Do
The Benefits Advisory Committee (BAC) is responsible for analyzing and making recommendations regarding university benefit plan designs. The BAC is committed to exploring options and suggesting changes that align with the objectives and goals established by the Office of Human Resources and the Office of the EVP, Business & Operations, ensuring that the University's mission is upheld.
The BAC, as an advisory body to the University, ensures that all voices are heard and considered in the decision-making process. They will consider competitiveness, financial sustainability, and fairness in their recommendations. Ultimate decision-making authority regarding University benefit programs rests with the Office of Human Resources and the Office of the Executive Vice President, Business and Operations.
