Purpose
This document will walk you through the steps on gaining access to the WorldView Support Portal. If you do not have access or need a password reset, please email support@worldviewltd.com.

How to Create and Manage Support Tickets

- WorldView Support Portal
- To create a new ticket click "Create Ticket" in the top right of the screen.
- Please complete the Create Ticket form using the example below as a guide.
- Click Submit in the bottom right corner
- Once the ticket is submitted you will receive and acknowledgement email.
- You can communicate directly with the support team via the Tickets tab.
- Open a ticket by click on the ticket name
- Add comments to the ticket under the "Discussion" section
- In the "Discussion" section, this will appear as a text conversation between you and the support representative.
- Once you type your response to add additional detail, click the "Submit" button in the top of the screen.
- The conversation will updated. Your comments are in blue and the support representatives are in green.
- You may also view Closed tickets by changing the search criteria on the left side of the screen.
How to Reopen a Closed Support Ticket
- Filter tickets on the left by closed and click search.
- Once inside the ticket, you can add your comments as a discussion as previously mentioned
- After that you will click the "Change Status" button and click "Reopened".
- This will populate the ticket back on the active ticket board for review.
