Calendly is currently compatible with the following versions of Microsoft Exchange:
2013
2016
2019
Unsupported Version Error
If a customer attempts to connect to an unsupported version of Exchange, they should see the following error message:
NOTE: There have been reported instances where a customer attempts to connect to an unsupported version but they do not receive this error message as they should.
Calendly does not read from Exchange subcalendars
When checking for conflicts, Calendly does not support reading from Exchange subcalendars. Calendly will only read from the primary calendar. Shared calendars are included in the subcalendar category.
However, users can connect multiple Exchange calendar accounts up to the total maximum connections their Calendly plan supports.
