Splash training (initial and ongoing)

Splash is a robust platform with many customizable and powerful tools. In order to make the most of the software, all users must complete steps one through three of this training program. Step four is reserved for Team Admins only.

Step 1: Complete a Full Training Session

All users are required to complete this 1 hour training video to review the system's full suite of tools.

Step 2: Complete a Host App Training Session

Click on either training video depending on what operating system you'll be using for the check-in app. Both will show users how to navigate guest check-in, communication, and management.

Step 3: Complete a Team Admin Training Session

Team Admins are required to complete this 1 hour training video to review additional functionality specific to this user group.

(Optional) Step 4: Continuing education

Additionally, Splash frequently hosts interactive and virtual Splash Essentials Training sessions twice a month that are geared towards new users, but are also appropriate for frequent users looking to dig deeper into the platform.
