Resident Care Package

As introduced during the application process, there is a monthly Resident Care Package (RCP) fee of $35 per lease in addition to rent. This fee encompasses the following services. Residents are enrolled by default but may opt out at any time if they choose to discontinue participation by completing this form: https://forms.gle/d5uGdNXDvPeQt6G87

  1. After-hours Maintenance Hotline
  2. Waiving Lease Change Fee once per lease
  3. Rental Payment Reporting to Experian
  4. Waiving Late Fee or NSF Fee once per lease
  5. Earn rewards for paying your rent on time through the Piñata App
