Resident Care Package

There is a $35 monthly admin fee per lease on top of rent which covers the following services:

  1. Free online rent payment using a checking account
  2. After-hours Maintenance Hotline
  3. Waiving Lease Change Fee once per lease
  4. Rental Payment Reporting to Experian
  5. Waiving Late Fee or NSF Fee once per lease
  6. Earn rewards for paying your rent on time through the Piñata App
