Generating Student Report Cards in PowerTeacher Pro
A class set of Report Cards (PDF) can be generated at any point in time that will reflect current grades. However, only report cards that have been "Archived" by your admin staff will be visible to parents and students in the PowerSchool Parent/Student Portal. Archiving of report cards will typically only be done at the END of the school year once it has been confirmed that teachers have submitted all final grades and comments that should be included in that reporting period.
There are three (3) possible Report Card Templates that can be generated. Templates are categorized by student grade levels, so some templates will not be visible at schools that do not have those specified grades.
Available Templates: Grade 1-6 Template, Grade 7-9 Template, Grade 10-12 Template
