Custom Button
1 Introduction
1.1 Function Introduction
Adding a custom button allows for actions like adding data to another application, redirecting to web links, or executing Q-Robot (advanced version).
1.2 Application Scenarios
During equipment inspection, clicking a custom "Reply for Repair" button can directly submit a repair order, automatically including the current equipment information.
1.3 Use Effect
In a consumption process, members can click a recharge button to be redirected to the "Member Recharge" application for easy recharge application.
2. Setup Steps
2.1 Accessing the Feature
In the target application, go to "Extended Settings" > "Customize Button" to start creating.
2.2 Create the Button
Configuration: Define the button's text, color, icon, and trigger action (Add data, Jump link, Execute Q-Robot).
Special Case: For executing Q-Robot (advanced), set up an out-of-process Q-Robot triggered by a custom button click.

2.3 Add Custom Buttons to Your App
In the configuration area of the target field, activate "Custom Button" and select the desired button.
Note: Only data associations can add custom buttons.
2.4 Add Custom Buttons to the Data Table
Process: In the target data table, activate and add the custom button.
Limitations: Post-creation app republishing is necessary; up to 20 custom buttons (4 main, others in the "・・・" menu).
3. Precautions
- Data Assignment: In the target application, default content prevails over button-assigned content.
- Enterprise WeChat Version: In webpages, iframe limitations mean only ID information is displayed for members and department names.
- Optimization: Ensure user experience by appropriately using the custom button feature for efficient navigation and task execution in your applications.
