  • All user roles can view COIs.
  • All user roles can upload a COI except for Read-Only Users
    • The maximum file size is 25MB
    • The file types that can be uploaded are:
        • doc + docx
        • xls + xlsx
        • ppt + pptx
        • png
        • jpeg + jpg
        • gif
        • pdf
        • txt
        • csv
        • msg
  • New COIs uploaded will change the status of the record to "Under Review"
