Setting a Holiday/One Time Call Schedule

This guide is intended to cover the basics of holiday/one time call forwarding, there are prerequisites to using this guide and it is recommended that Fuse.Cloud setup the time of day routing and holiday schedule on your phone numbers before attempting this. If at anytime you'd like Fuse.Cloud support to assist or setup your holiday schedule for you please call 8449266000 or email support@fuse.cloud.

  1. Login to go.fuse.cloud
  2. Select Inventory and find your main number
  3. Your main number should have the treatment set to Time of Day Routing
  4. Select the Pencil/Edit button on the right
  5. Your number should look exactly like this with Holiday at the top, if it does not look like this or have Holiday at the top please contact Fuse.Cloud Support

  7. To edit where the calls go during the Holiday schedule change the treatment and destination the matches where the call should go, to send calls to a cell phone select PSTN number and enter the full cell number. Be sure to hit Save if you change them!
  8. After you've confirmed to number is setup for holiday and the forwarding destination is correct you'll need to setup the time schedule.
  9. Select Time Frames on the top navigation bar, then under owner select your fdc account:

  11. Select the Holiday time frame or the time frame that matches the name from editing your main number, then select the green plus to add a date/time, between these dates and times this is when your forwarding will be active

  13. Hit save and you are good to go. If you have a holiday voicemail or auto attendant you can proceed to editing that message or if you'd like to add one please contact Fuse.Cloud Support!
