The Audio Tracks in the file, do not have a Language Code Set or the Language code is not in the ISO639-2 list or format.

The input media file needs to be updated with an external tool, to correct the missing or incorrect language tracks. Each audio track needs this to be set. MP4BOX can be used for this purpose.

Audio (channels, language) must be unique, found duplicate (1, 'eng').

The file has 2 audio tracks with the same language code

Remove one audio track or change the language code of one of the audio tracks.

Channel count 1 must be one of {2, 6}.

The container defining the audio track is set incorrectly

Update the container information and include all audio tracks in it.

Sampling rate 44100 must be one of {48000}.

The sampling rate is incorrect.

Update the sampling rate of the audio track to match the specifications.
