How to Install DSDA

Before You Begin:

Confirm user is set up for DSDA with office manager
Confirm Fujitsu scanner is connected to PC and proper drivers + software are installed.

ISIS and TWAIN drivers can be found here: fi Series Software Downloads | Global | Ricoh
Atalasoft Software can be found here: Online Software Distribution for C195989 (connectcdk.com)

All three of the above will need to be installed before completing the next steps.

Installing the Scanner through CDK Drive

Open DSDA from CDK Drive:

Select Advanced Search

Select Scan

Under the Scan Install/ Uninstall menu select "Scan Install"

Once the installation is complete open services and confirm ScanPluginService_9_2 is running.

You must have Author or Collection Owner permission to create Guru Cards. Contact your team's Guru admins to use this template.
