complete wi-fi is the perfect companion to your full-fibre connection. It’s an extra service offering mesh extender support for hard-to-reach areas, giving your home network a range boost where it’s needed most
We guarantee you’ll receive great coverage throughout your home with our complete wi-fi service. This means:
- 35 Mbps or more in main living areas (excludes out-buildings, garage conversions and gardens)
- if, for whatever reason, your devices aren’t consistently measuring at least 35 Mbps, please let us know – we’ll ask you to follow some easy steps to see how else we can help
- if we can’t achieve full coverage, you may be able to end your complete wi-fi contract early with no termination fees

complete wi-fi is available to both new and existing toob customers with the following products for just £6 a month on an 18 month contract.
Simply call us on 023 9300 9300 to add this to an existing broadband connection.
Once your minimum contract period ends, you’ll continue the benefits of complete wi-fi on a rolling monthly basis unless you cancel your service.
If you choose to leave toob or cancel your complete wi-fi service, simply return your equipment for free within 28 days.
