1 Introduction

1.1 Function introduction

Multiple types of components can be used as information display windows or function entrances, which can improve data visualization capabilities and usage efficiency.

1.2 Usage scenarios

Suitable for scenarios where a large amount of key information needs to be displayed. For example, you can use the portal to display sales, sales trends and other data to facilitate the review of sales data.

1.3 Effect display

As shown in the figure below, use the portal to display relevant data of order statistics and filter purchase order numbers to facilitate data analysis.

2. Create a portal

2.1 Function entrance

Method 1

Click the "Create" button on the left side of the system homepage and select "Create Portal" to create a portal.

Method 2

Select an application package, click the "+" button in the upper left corner, and select “Create Portal” to create a portal.

2.2 Function setting steps

2.2.1 Set portal name

Portal names can be set to easily distinguish different portals. When creating a portal, directly enter the portal name and the operation is completed.

2.2.2 Set visible range

Set which members can view the portal, you can choose "Visible in the workspace", "Visible to designated members" or "Visible to everyone"

Workspace visible: Members in this workspace can view the portal

Specified members are visible: Click the “+” sign below to add members. Only the added members can view the portal.

Visible to Everyone: Anyone with a link to the portal can see the portal

2.2.3 Select the application package it belongs to

Set the application package to which the portal belongs. You can view and edit the created portal in the selected application package. Click the Select Application Package button to proceed

Each portal needs to select at least one application package as its own application package

3. Edit Portal

You can add portal components, set portal themes, set portal layout, etc.

3.1 Function entrance

Method 1

After creating a portal, you can automatically jump to the portal editing interface.

Method 2

Select a portal that has been created, click “Edit Portal” to enter the portal editing interface.

3.2 Function setting steps

3.2.1 Add portlets

Components can be added to the portal to enrich the functionality of the portal. The components that can currently be added to the portal include a reports component, filtering component, to-do list component, common component, grid component, carousel component, link component, text component, and light analysis reports. Enter the portal editing interface and click the button of the corresponding component to add components.

3.2.2 Set portal layout

You can adjust the size and position of components in the portal by dragging and dropping.

Edit desktop

Enter the portal editing interface and click the "Edit Desktop" button at the top of the interface to edit the layout of the desktop portal.

Edit mobile version

Enter the portal editing interface and click the "Edit Mobile" button at the top of the interface to edit the layout of the mobile portal.

3.2.3 Set portal style

You can set the theme color of the portal, the color of portal buttons, reports and other components. Enter the portal editing interface, click the "Global" button, select "Style" to edit the portal style, click the "Theme" button to edit the portal theme color

After selecting "Follow portal configuration", the report color will automatically change to match the portal theme.

3.2.4 Set automatic refresh

You can set the automatic refresh time of the portal. After setting the automatic refresh, the full-screen portal will automatically refresh the information displayed on the portal according to the time interval. Enter the portal editing interface, click the "Global" button, select "Function", enter the refresh interval, and you can set the automatic refresh function.

You can choose 5-999 minutes as the refresh interval for automatic refresh

4. Precautions

  • Up to 30 reports can be added to a portal
  • Report data without viewing permission cannot be displayed in the portal.
