All Organization View
🎉New Feature Announcement
Logixboard users who are assigned to a specific set of organizations will now have the option to view ALL organizations under their profile on one screen.
This aggregate view of all organizations will help them quickly see all shipments and organizations in one view. For example in Analytics, they were be able to see all shipment data on one screen, instead of toggling between different organizations one at a time.
How will this improve things?
Your internal team members like account managers, sales managers, regional managers, etc will be able to quickly see what needs attention and answer questions for their accounts.
More powerful Analytics: with this aggregated view, you and your customers will quickly get a snapshot on the activity of all of your accounts, rather than checking them one by one.
This improvement can save you the time it previously took to click around to different organizations to collect various pieces of information about the shipment.
👀 How is it going to work?
Quite simply! The dropdown menu will remain in the upper right corner, but now you’ll have an additional option to select All Organizations.
If you make this selection, then Logixboard will refresh and display all shipment data for all organizations associated with the account.

1. How do I add more organizations to my account?
Please ask your administrator to add more organizations. If you’re not sure who that is, go ahead and email us at support@logixboard.com and we can help.
2. Which user types is this available for?
Shipper - this user type is used by either your customers OR your employees who only want to be assigned to a specific set of organizations.
Operator - CargoWise Staff - this user type is used by your internal team members who have Staff Profiles created in CargoWise and are connected to Logixboard.
