Agent will use the following website to access Microsoft Dynamics 365: https://2-10.crm.dynamics.com/
step 2.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 will verify your 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty account > Select your account
step 3.
Single Sign-On panel will display with your 2-10 HBW email address > Enter your password > select Log in
step 4.
2-10 HBW's Duo Push approval process will activate > Click Approve > Select the Don't show this again checkbox > Click Yes
step 5.
Click 2-10 Task Management
step 6.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 opens to the My Work section/Dashboards in the left navigation panel and displays the Customer Service Agent Dashboard
