Dashboard Availability

Groundtruth CTV is available in the Campaign Dashboards and Company Dashboards within the Location-based Media Type.

Supported Metrics

Impressions are the only supported metric available in the dashboard for Groundtruth CTV.

Clicks are not available for Groundtruth CTV reporting. Store Visits are also available for Groundtruth CTV.

Supported Widgets

Hero Metrics - Impressions

  • Total impressions served to date for the order

Hero Metrics - VCR

  • Average Video Completion Rate for the order

Impressions by Day

  • Graph of impressions served each day for the flight of the order

Reach & Frequency

  • Lifetime Reach & Frequency for the Groundtruth campaign. If more than one Groundtruth line item is included in the order, R&F will not populate given data constraints of these metrics.
  • This widget is only available in the Order Level Dashboard. The Company Dashboard does not have this widget.

Impressions by Media Type

  • See total impressions for the Broadcast Radio media type

Impressions by Device

  • Impressions broken out by device. Click the Streaming Devices slice to expand the pie to see more devices.

Impressions by Publisher

  • Premium publishers to which CTV impressions were served to.

Impressions by Geography

  • Impressions broken down by DMA, State or Zipcode. All pivots are available for location-based campaigns. Clicks are not available for Grountruth CTV.

Tactic Performance

  • All Groundtruth CTV impressions are grouped into the “CTV” tactic

Conversions - Store Visits

  • The OLI must be configured to track Store Visits in Salesforce/Community in order for this widget to populate. See specific locations to which Store Visits occurred.

Creative Performance

  • Breakdown of impressions and VCR by creative.

CTV Impressions by Day

  • Breakdown of impressions by day of the week.

Supported Features

Powerpoint Export

  • Export a Powerpoint of the dashboard. This is an internal only feature. Clients do not have access to this feature.
  • Note: the download may take several minutes to generate and download.

PNG/PDF Export

  • Export a PNG or PDF of the entire dashboard. If using a PC, downloading the PDF is suggested for a more user friendly experience.

Export CSV/PNG of Widgets

  • Each widget has three dots in the upper right corner. Use the actions under this menu to download the CSV of the data in the widget or a PNG screenshot of the widget

Unsupported Widgets & Data

The following widgets are not available for Groundtruth CTV in the dashboard:

  • CTV Impressions by Day Part
  • CTV Hours Watched
  • CTV Marketplaces
  • Video View Through
  • Demographics
