Welcome to the GoRev Administrative Scheduling Departments Settings Tutorial. In this tutorial, we will focus on the process of defining the Departments Settings for the Scheduling module as an Administrator in GoRev.
In order to customize the Departments Settings of the GoRev Scheduling module, first, begin by clicking on the “Scheduling” button present in the Clinic Modules tab on the GoRev Homepage.
After the Scheduling window becomes visible, please click on the “Manage Settings” button present in the Scheduling toolbar.
At this point, the Scheduling Settings window will appear on your device. To continue, please navigate to the Departments section of this window by clicking on the corresponding tab present on your screen.
As an Administrator, you will have the ability to create New Departments, edit Existing Departments, and delete Unwanted Departments for the GoRev Scheduling module. In order to create a New Department, first, begin by clicking on the “New” button present on your device.
Once the New Department window becomes visible, please enter a Name for your New Department into the field provided.
Then, click “Create”.
At this point, the newly created Department will be present in the Departments list on your screen.
To continue, please select the Active Rooms and Resources for the newly created Department by clicking on the corresponding options in this window.
Next, in the event that the newly created Department requires more than one Active Room, please define the Default Room Order for the Department using the Arrow buttons present in the Scheduling Settings window.
Once you are satisfied with the Default Room Order, please save your Room Order by clicking on the “Save Order” button in this window.
In addition to creating New Departments, you, also, have the ability to edit Existing Departments as an Administrator in GoRev. To begin, please select the Department that you require from the list present on your device.
If you have difficulty locating the Department that you require, please use the Search Field present on your screen to aid in your search.
Next, click on the “Rename” button present in this window.
After the Rename Department window becomes visible, please enter a New Name for the selected Department into the corresponding field provided.
Once you are satisfied with the revised Department Name, click on the “Rename” button on your screen.
Now, if you need to make changes to the Active Rooms and Resources for the selected Department, please use the corresponding section of the Scheduling Settings window to make the necessary edits.
Lastly, please use the Arrow buttons in this window to make any changes to the Default Room Order that you require.
Once you are finished, click on the “Save Order” button present on your device.
In addition to editing Existing Departments, you, also, have the ability to delete Active Departments as an Administrator in GoRev. To begin, please select the Department that you require from the list present on your screen.
Next, click on the “Delete” button in the Scheduling Settings window.
At this point, the Deleting Department window will appear on your device. In order to finish Deleting the selected Department, click “Yes”.
