Welcome to the GoRev Scheduling General Settings Tutorial. In this tutorial, we will focus on the process of Defining the General Settings for the Scheduling Module in GoRev.
In order to customize the General Settings of your GoRev Scheduling Module, first, begin by clicking on the “Scheduling” button present in the Clinic Modules tab on the GoRev Homepage.
After the Scheduling window appears on your screen, please click on the “Manage Settings” button present in the Scheduling Toolbar.
At this point, the Scheduling Settings window will appear on your device. To continue, please navigate to the General Settings section of this window by clicking on the corresponding tab present on your screen.
Once the General Settings section becomes visible, please select a Default Department for your personalized Scheduling window using the Default Department drop-down menu in this window.
After defining your Default Department, please select a Default View for your GoRev Scheduling Module by clicking on the option that you require from the Default View area present on your device.
Next, please define a Default Calendar Time Interval for your GoRev Scheduling Module by clicking on the Time Interval that you require from the options present on your screen.
Now, if you would like to Group Appointments in your Scheduling window by Rooms or by Resources, please click on the corresponding checkbox in the Personal Settings section of this window.
On the other hand, if you do not want to see Appointments from other Departments in your GoRev Scheduling window, please click on the “Hide Appointments From Other Departments” checkbox present on your device.
Next, please select the Coding Status for New Appointments by utilizing the “Coding Status for new appointments” drop-down in this window.
Now, in the event that you would like to Override Label Colors with Status Colors in your GoRev Scheduling window, please click on the corresponding checkbox present on your screen.
Lastly, if you have Administrative Privileges in GoRev, please set a Systemwide Time Interval for Diagnosis and CPT Entry Lockout using the corresponding field provided.
Once you are satisfied with the entered information, please save the General Settings for your GoRev Scheduling Module by clicking on the Save Settings button in this window.
