Book a Pin-up/Classroom Space | SCE
Pin-up Space and Classroom Reservations (CRN Required)
NOTE: Please be respectful when you are reserving these special review and pin-up spaces. They are shared by all studios at SCE and should be used only when you need spaces to gather with your studio or classes. In other words, don't over-book rooms, these are shared resources.
Pin-up/Crit spaces are available for SCE class use in 25 East 13th St (2nd and 3rd floor) and the JJ Building, 39 13th Street on the 2nd floor. Please note spaces are not reservable the two week of classes. If you are looking for one of these spaces during a time specified and it does not appear on the calendar that means another reservation already exists. You can check the calendar on the subpage below to see who has made the reservation.
As the room reservations for the 25 East 13th spaces, such as the Donghia Gallery, are quite robust faculty can reserve a space only once a week and not in consecutive weeks.
Mobile LCD screens have been strategically positioned within reservable pin-up areas. Therefore, you need only to sign out pin-up areas, and not monitors.
Instructions on how to book your Pin-up Space
- Please only reserve time you need. You may cancel a reservation at any time through your own Google Calendar by deleting the appointment. Please be mindful that many of the pin-up spaces are in close proximity to student work space.
- There is a grace period of 15 minutes for all reservations. Your reservation may be forfeited to another party if it is not utilized within the grace period. We reserve the right to cancel any appointments where the individual's name is replaced with a pseudonym or deleted.
- You may book a space in 1 hour. You can book multiple slots if needed for longer but please be mindful.
- Please note that your reservation must be made while you are logged into your newschool account.
NOTE: If you are looking to book L1201 or the SCE Conference Room please work with your program specific Program Administrator.
