Invoice content for Advance Payment Requests for Media Buys

Consultant should use their usual invoice format and include the following content:

• Date of invoice
• Consultant legal name, address, email
• Invoice number
• FIP number
• Service period of invoice (if the advance is to cover media buy expenses over a period of time, that period of time is the service period)
• Brief description of ad campaign:
• Title of ad campaign
• Timeframe for ad runs
• Target audience
• Expected media platforms to be used
• List media buyer(s)
• Expected cost of media buys
• Attach media buyers’ quotes/media plans, or
• Calculate an estimate if using self-service ad platforms
