Leadership Upskilling Playbook
The PMM team created out-of-the-box "upskilling playbooks" to help customers and prospects get started upskilling their workforce in specific areas. This playbook serves as a starting off point for customers and is meant to be tailored to fit the needs of each organization. Each playbook includes 5 easy to follow steps:
- Identifying key drives (business problems & L&D outcomes)
- Evaluating skills
- Powering your program using Go1's Premium Library
- Marketing your program
- Measuring the impact
This playbook specifically focuses on upskilling leaders at all levels.
SALES: Sales reps can use this asset as a leave-behind during discovery conversations if a prospect mentions a need for upskilling their leaders.
CSMs: CSMs can use this asset for a "workshop" to walk customers through how they can think about upskilling their leaders in partnership with Go1. Customers can use this as inspiration for how Go1 recommends upskilling leaders, then tailor it to their organization's specific skill requirements.
