Exporting Customer List

There are two ways to export your customer data from the PostalMate software.

As you may already know, you would achieve this Export of customer information by closing PostalMate and CashMate and opening the PM System Utilities.
Well now there is a second way of achieving the same goal without having to close out of the software.

In CashMate, there is a great Sales and Marketing Tool, that not only allows exporting customer data, but also accessing your Mailbox holders separately and achieving similar goals. You can obtain store stats based on your settings and exporting that list or emailing your customers promotional offers and store updates.

In CashMate > Tools > Sales and Marketing Tool > All Customers. You will select your filtering options and choose how you want view that information.

Once you have made your selection, the arrow will highlight, click it and begin the process you have selected.

You Excel Spreadsheet will generate and you can choose to rename it and where you want to save it on your computer to access when you need it.
