Additional Splash support

Troubleshooting

The Splash Help Center is a searchable database of articles and videos related to issues such as ticketing, registration, page design, page settings, and so on.

If you're unable to find the answers to your questions, you can submit a support request via their case submission form, or by sending an email to support@splashthat.com. When submitting an email request, be sure to:

  • Send the email from your Splash account (ie non-person email address), not your personal TNS email.
  • Include detailed information such as links to your event page, screenshots, date and duration of issue.
  • CC universitypublicprograms@newschool.edu so we can track these requests.

Splash Support will typically respond within 24 hours, M-F, 9am to 9pm EST.

To see the status of your request tickets, head to the Splash Help Center and log in with your Splash account. From there, navigate to the "My Cases" list on the page.

Additional Services Request

If you are seeking support that is beyond the scope of what the Marketing & Communication team is able to provide, we might suggest that you consult Splash's Professional Services Menu and work with their team on a custom solution for a fee. Examples of requests include:

  • Event-specific vanity domain (ie "parsonsbenefit.com" as opposed to "event.newschool.edu/parsonsbenefit")
  • Custom reporting fields or data dashboard
  • Dedicated virtual or in-person event support (pre-event when creating a hub for a complex event, or support during an event)

Before requesting any additional services, please contact universitypublicprograms@newschool.edu.
