Tags were created to supplement the Label feature. Be sure to review Labels prior to the information below.

How Does It Work?
Assigning Tags to contacts
Option 1
- From your inbox, within the column Title & Tags, click on the Tag icon
- Create a new tag disposition or select a preexisting one
- Click on Update
Option 2
- Below the conversation & Contact Info, scroll down to the Tags box
- Create a new tag disposition or select from a preexisting one
- Click on Save
Sorting by tags
Sales Connector provides a feature for users to filter conversations by assigned Tags, enabling them to see all contacts associated with a particular tag in a single browser view.
Option 1
- From the Search Contacts bar, insert the Tag you are wanting to sort by (i.e #example)
- Click on the search icon
Option 2
- From your inbox, click on a Tag that has already been added to a conversation
Tag Settings
Tags can primarily be configured from the Inbox, but Sales Connector also offers a specialized Tags section for further customization and enhanced visibility. This feature enables users to see all their Tags simultaneously and observe the number of contacts linked to each one.
- From the hamburger menu, click on Tags
- To add a Tag, click on +Add Tag
- To edit a Tag, click on the ORANGE icon. To delete a Tag, click on the RED icon.
Benefits & Value
Tags provide an additional method to categorize and sift through your conversations. Unlike the Labels feature, a single contact can have multiple tags associated with it.
