Added Specimen Site to the Lab Order Window options.

Added a new selection for Specimen Site to the Lab Order Window. This drop-down is filled by the lookup table LabCustomSpecimenSites

Navigate to the lookup list editor thru the admin, configurations windows.

The lookup list LabCustomSpecimenSites will populate the Specimen Site drop down in the Edit Lab Order window.

Items in this list are free text with no default values. For this example we have added Hand, Foot, Arm, and Leg. The Description field will populate in the drop down menu.
