Reporting a Suspicious Email

Use these steps to report suspicious emails. Reported emails will go to Germain IT, where we can block them company-wide.

Outlook for PC:

Outlook for android or ios:

  • To report an email as phishing or junk:
    • Select the email you'd like to report.

    • Tap (...) at the top of the screen for that email
    • Select "Report Phishing" in the popup menu.

You must have Author or Collection Owner permission to create Guru Cards. Contact your team's Guru admins to use this template.
