💡 What Is This Feature?

Your customers want centralized information and a streamlined customer experience.

The new Order Management Update Notes Feature will let your clients see order-related comments created with CargoWise client visible notes directly on Logixboard!

In other words, we are importing and displaying the notes your operators enter on CargoWise directly to Logixboard so your customers can see it there.

Import existing notes

  • We will be importing existing order management updates notes created or edited after June 15th, 2023. If an order management update note was created before June 15th, 2023 and has not been edited since, it will not be displayed in Logixboard.

Any notes in Cargowise on the order will show in the "Notes" tab on the order in Logixboard.
