Performance Management Timeline
May 2026: To support our community during the current university transition, the annual performance review cycle will shift early May to early July. HR will provide additional details on this year's annual performance review in June.
The standard performance management timeline consists of the following:
- January: mid-year performance check-in
- March: goal setting
- May: annual review; overall ratings inform July merit increase discussion (if eligible)
- July & August: salary increase distribution process
