Update your Contact Information
Use these steps to update your contact info in the Company Address book. These changes will also sync to digital business cards if applicable.
Do not edit any info outside of the "Contact Information" box. Editing the "About Me" or "Work Address" fields will disrupt your group memberships or general account access.
- Navigate to the Germain Portal (www.germainportal.com)
- If prompted, select the Login with Microsoft Option. It will use your Germain email and email password.
- Select your name at the top right of the page
- Select the Edit Pencil icon next your name
- Edit the "Contact Information Field" with your Office and/or Mobile Phone number.
- Company Policy requires that any customer-facing employees utilize their desk phone, VinSolutions, or other applicable Company-approved communication platform when communicating with customers.
- For Dealerships that use CarWars:
- You may have an individual agent line via CarWars. Please use this number in the Mobile Phone field instead of your cellphone number
- You may have a CarWars tracking line for the store. Please use this number instead of your direct desk phone number
- For Dealerships that do not use CarWars:
- Use your Desk Phone number in the Office Field
- Use your Mobile Phone number in the Mobile Phone field.
- Scroll down and hit Submit to save changes.
